We, the undersigned, DEMAND that an official investigation be opened into the conduct of the Family Court System, nation-wide. There is reason to believe that the Family Court System is acting illegally and not unlike an organized crime syndicate. We would like the investigation to be categorized under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968). Many citizens believe that the Family Court System is exhibiting mafia-like traits, such as: Blackmail, Strong-Arm Tactics, Kidnapping, Extortion, Constitutional Rights Violations, Embezzlement, Racketeering and an array of other crimes which violate an individual's rights, both locally and on a federal level. The citizens of the United States DEMAND that this investigation be opened immediately, without delay.

Department of Children and Families–DCF has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America, leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.

Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws  to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.

DCF must be stopped!  We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.

DCF Agents – need to  come to their  senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and and inhumane.

Fosters – need to be aware that for the money they get they are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness – to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.

Governor Scott – I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.

It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Governor Scott you can be the man that makes a difference in the lives of thousands of families, you can be the man that saves thousands of children, you can be a man that stands up. All it takes for evil to prosper is for a good man to do nothing. Which man are you going to be the man that stands up or the man who allows evil to prosper?

Dear Sir, since the days of Walter Mondale and Bill Clinton’s safe families act child protective services have been steadily getting out of control.

Caseworkers and social workers are oftentimes guilty of fraud. They withhold evidence. They fabricate evidence and they seek to terminate parental rights. However, when charges are made against them, the charges are ignored, They have abused civil rights, violated procedure, lied to the courts, to the parents, and have gotten away with it even when caught. Some have even used racial bias to remove and keep children.

Children have died from abuse and neglect in their care. Child welfare can operate under a veil of secrecy in which they do not have to answer to anyone. Parents often have no recourse, cannot get community support, and must rely on legal aid to represent them.

when cps goes after a family most people believe there was abuse. this is why community support is hard to get and parents may even find themselves dealing with vengeful law enforcement.

WHAT WE WANT:
Transparency of the courts: the privacy act only protects cps. Parents must be given equal ability to defend themselves. The media must be allowed to research cases so it is not just the parent’s word against the goverment. Parents must be allowed to invoke trial by jury.

Accountability: When a social worker breaks the law to seize a child, that seizure must be considered unjustified and the child returned immediately.

Due process: Parents must not have to wait months to years to even see their children let alone defend themselves properly. Childhood is fleeting and the children may grow up in the system abused and devoid of parental care. By the time the parents get them back they may be well on a road to destruction they cannot escape.

An amendment in the constitution to protect parental rights: up until now we have not needed one. but because social workers have taken children from birth over mere speculation or the word of an angry neighbor is high time we need one.

Education of parental rights: Laws can easily be abused when people are unaware of their rights.
Over haul of the foster care system: as there are children that need to be there, the system must be fixed to hold foster parents and cps to higher standards. Backgrounds must be checked, foster homes must be checked regularly and doctors questioned.

Protection from clinical testing: foster children must not be used to test medicines in all states.
Nancy Schaefer’s act: End the financial incentives that separate families. Nancy Schaefer is so far the only politician to try and end this abuse of the system. you can be the second and you can succeed.

     Mr.president there are terrible cases of children that have starved to death in foster care. cases where an unpopular family may be ripped apart, minority children abused by racist foster parents, military families loose their children, and where a child may have a swat team unleashed to take her away when her mother decides to stop medicating her with unapproved psychotropic medicine. This should not be happening in our era, this something that happens in a Dickinson or Orwell novel. Please Mr.President, save our children.

American Dream is not for illegal immigrants. Victoria’s story is one of heartbreak, she thought the American Dream was to come here and work hard, make money to help her family and have a family of her own. Yes, both her and her sister are illegal; however, this does not mean that they are not human beings. Instead of the “American Dream” they have gotten the “American Nightmare”. Victoria has been bullied, DCF stole her sister and her nieces, she wants her family but they say because she is illegal she can not have them, she can not even see them. This is not true and we have asked for this law and it has not been produced. She wants her family. And Ms.Robin  Jensen, lawyer for DCF, Judge James Parker and Lisa Voigt DCF employee  has taken both of these children and her sister and removed them not only from their family but their culture to give them to the “American” family they  feel  is more appropriate, the legal, white family. These children are wanted by family. Because she is illegal and Hispanic her civil liberties are worth nothing. I guess this is one way to stop illegal immigration, steal their children.

Our goal is to never see what happened to us happen to anyone else ever again. DCF is not out to protect children, they are there to collect federal dollars and they collect a lot of them. Destroying families means nothing to them, money is what counts. The more children they take, the more money they get.

DCF and the Family court system is an industry. They are in business to take children from loving homes and they are paid to do just that. They make thousands of dollars for every child they take. Once caught up in their system, your life can become a living hell! 

 DCF takes the children and then looks for something. DCF says they are there to help but they are there to take your children for money.

 Every day in the USA families face false allegations of child abuse, and children are often unjustly ripped from their families and placed in foster homes. These families suffer trauma and depression in their attempts to be together again.

  I choose to help families who have been torn apart by DCF false accusations, which are far too common these days. It is a travesty of justice, one I cannot silently ignore because I've felt the pain of false accusations made by a DCF caseworker, and resolved to try to prevent this injustice from continuing. I haven't been able to stop it, but I am going to help  families to fight DCF  injustice system and get their children back.

Federal statistics show that children in foster homes are about ten times more likely to be abused sexually, physically, emotionally, and mentally than children in their natural family homes. They are even more likely to be killed. A recent study concluded that foster children are more likely to have teen pregnancies and to become juvenile delinquents. The study said that children are better off when left with their natural families, even if those families have severe problems.

Social work should be a process of helping families resolve and recover from problems, not a process of tearing families apart forever and traumatizing children for life. This imbalance in the social work profession has been caused by federal legislation that gives financial incentives in the form of federal funding and social security reimbursements when children are torn from their homes and placed in foster homes

 Fourth Amendment:“

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

 DCF has to lied to take children, “Absolute POWER corrupts absolutely”, DCF is too powerful and when you file a complaint DCF investigates DCF. It’s like having the fox watch the chicken coop, it works out real well for DCF. What DCF is doing is wrong, cruel, heartless, and destroying families with their lies time and time again.

Where is the best interest of the child? Dulce was with me and my family two and a half years, seven of which DCF was aware. She was happy and healthy, and being loved and cared for. Where is the best interest of the child? I have given you a lot of proof of the lies said and done by Robin Jensen. I have researched DCF and found hundreds of problems with DCF lying to take children.

 Just because the judge said I was not a party does not mean he is right. Dulce was taken by lies that the judge was not aware of. April, will you put your head in the sand or stand up for what is right?

The Florida Judicial System and DCF is like one big Mafia Crime Family of crooks protecting each other.

 I will always be a party. I am father of Dulce not by blood but by making the commitment to Dulce and her mom. I would always be there for her and love her as my own. Robin Jensen is a dishonest employee of DCF that took Dulce through lies. Robin Jensen knew Dulce was with us for the last seven months full time and Jensen told my lawyer she was going to leave Dulce with us because she was well established and happy.

 I have been investigated for nine months with 4 or 5 investigations closed. Why? Because I did not do what they say. When is enough, enough? How much more of the tax payers money will be wasted by Robin Jensen – DCF? Yes I am still being investigated but that is no reason why Robin Jensen should not be investigated and punished for her lies to persuade the judge.

I thought women and children were supposed to be protected by our laws Women are left with nothing at the hands of men who are abusing the system as well as their families.I know a woman whose husband left her with no money or furnishings that keeps abusing her through physical threats,and keeps robbing her of the little she does have whenever she leaves her home by her husband and law enforcement say that there is nothing they can do. she needs to be protected along with the million other women trapped by the worse tyrants of all THEIR HUSBANDS AND OUR LAWS

I have friend that lost son on hear say no proof and he is a baby 2 years old never went to the family to see if family would take to avoid putting him in the system it all could have beed avoided with a phone call that was not made!!!!!
