Corrupt DCF Employees Break Up Families

How I met Dulce.

Across various parts of Florida, children are being taken from their families unfairly because of certain corrupt employees inside of DCF (Department of Children and Families). Dulce and her families are victims of this corruption.

I first met Dulce because she and her mother were renting a house that I rented to her uncle.  I have known Dulce since the day she was born and saw her frequently as I maintained my rental houses and apartments in Arcadia.  When she was a month old I would babysit her, along with my daughter, while her mother worked.  At three months old, Dulce would whimper when I came in to the house when I picked her up she would stop and be so happy. When Dulce would go with me in the car she would bend her neck around and would not take her eyes off of me. By the time she was six months old, when I visited her home, she only wanted me and when I had to leave she would continuously cry.  She loved me and I loved her just as much.  When she was eight and nine months old she started saying “dad dad” to me.  Her mother said that when she was sick during the night she would call for her “dad dad.”  She always wanted her daddy more than anyone else. 

When she was one-year-old, her mother and aunt told me they wanted to contact the father again and give him an opportunity to be in her life.  Although I was not in favor of this at first, I knew it was the right thing to do because he was the biological father.  Once the aunt and mother contacted him, they found him to be married.  His wife said, “you are not the father and will have nothing to do with her.”  The father and his wife left the next day and went back to Mexico.
As time went on, our father-daughter relationship grew even stronger.  In April 2010, the mother signed temporary custody papers so that I could care for Dulce and  get her emergency care if she needed it.  From the time Dulce was born the mother signed permission papers allowing me to  take her to her normal Doctor visits. I never missed one.

The mother is now having good days and bad days – more good days than bad.  Dulce began to spend more and more time with me.  Then, Thanksgiving 2010 Dulce came to live with us full time.  I used to take Dulce to see her mom three or four times a week.  We used to go to Burger King or the park so that her mother could watch her play.  On her bad days, we would have to leave without Mom getting to see her play.

The aunt and uncle would visit every Sunday to see Dulce and her mom.  Many times I have invited DCF (Dept Children and Families) and Guardian Ad into our home to see how well she was doing; they never visited.  We are also fighting for custody for her sister, Leslie, which I will not go into details as this case is ongoing.
On April 19, 2011, a DCF supervisor, came to our house to take our daughter away to a foster home.  It has been 90 days since DCF took Dulce.  I have never lived through this much pain before in my life.  Everyday gets harder, not easier.  There is little I can do because of all the corruption in DCF.

 I need help on fighting the corruption in DCF.  Please reply below with your comments and support.

Pass DCF Workers Tell It Like It Is

Previosly worked with them (DCF). I see why they have the reputation that they have. The agency is so sloppily ran, it got to a point where I was embarrassed to let anyone know that I worked for them. If you are lazy, sloppy and like to falsify documents and computer records and make it look like you're working, and an overall LIER, CHEATER, AND THIEF, DCF IS THE PLACE TO WORK. If you're professional, have integrity and a decent character, STAY AWAY FROM DCF. I worked for several state agencys throughout my careeer in the State of Florida. To me, DCF was the worst. Dept. of Corrections was the best.

For starters never believe ANYTHING DCF tells you for 80% of the time it will be a lie. DCF is so corrupt it makes the Mafia look honest.

Robin Jensen Sarasota DCF Word Has It On The Street You Are Running For Political Office.

Robin Jensen — word has it on the street you are running for political office.  Well that would make sense! I bet you run for office on the platform that you are solving issues Desoto County faces with illegal residents and helping to place their children in good, legal homes.  Where I am from we call what you are doing STEALING KIDS. You are taking children from powerless and underrepresented people, without cause and without justification.  You are taking advantage of a poor and underresourced community working hard to improve the lives of their families.  You are abusing your power for your own personal gain.  Go ahead, run for office — the truth will be made public.  This is not the American way.

Robin Jensen sent DCF,How Much Does Her Renegade Behavior Cost The Tax Payers?

Today, 7-12-11, it has been almost 3 months since Robin K Jensen sent DCF to take Dulce away from me.  She failed the first attempt because the DCF employee didn’t think removing her was appropriate.  I hurt today as much as when DCF took Dulce 3 months ago. I miss you and love you so much Dulce. I fight every day for what is right — we will prevail.

Robin Jensen keeps coming up with false investigations against me — to save face for herself and Judge James S Parker.  Twice they have dropped the investigations against me for lack of evidence and Jensen knows this.  Jensen is on her 3rd allegation that I know about, there could be more!  My question is how much does her renegade behavior cost the tax payers?  For seven months, they have flushed taxpayer dollars pursuing one bad allegation after another.

Robin Jensen Sarasota DCF has been licensed to practice law in FL since 2002, how long before the lies started and you broke up families for no reason?

Jensen you have a power full  position. I know you can do good works and help children if you chose too. I sat in the court room and watched you tear families apart with no emotion, no compassion and no thought to the pain you cause.

I have nothing against you personally,  I feel sorry for you for it appears you forgot what you were hired for. Was this job just a platform for you to move onto a more prestigious position, was it just a platform so that you could run for political office, was it a job to look good on your resume? What I have never seen was genuine care for families.

I do not feel that you have nothing against me personally as you have made it a witch hunt after me. You have made crazy accusations time and again to defame me in court and take away my civil liberties.

I did nothing wrong and I feel worse everyday, I told Dulce I would always be there for her I would never let her down. I  know it is out of my control because of corruption within DCF and because the power that is given to a few that are not held accountable.

 Jensen pretend for one minute that a DCF worker came to your home and took your children for no reason and every one lied. How would you feel ,that’s how I feel. Imagine watching your child scared and alone being driven away by strangers, while the DCF worker(Lisa) tells your family don’t worry she will get over it. Compassion? Care? Human emotions? I do not see it. Power and control yes I see it.

When I  ask Lisa Voigt  why the Dulce was being removed Lisa  said, I do not know the lawyers said to do it. That would be you Jensen, not the investigators, a lawyer. making decisions that rip families apart. Where were the home visits with the child? Where was the Guardian Ad Litem? Not checking on Dulce for seven months, not seeing us as a family, not checking on how we were making a mixed family work, not doing their job.

I wonder how Dulce is, does she miss her family, mothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins? Does she miss the weekly family get together? Her culture? Does she still speak Spanish? Has she lost everything, family and culture? We lost a member of our family and there is a hole in our hearts, her aunt lost her sister, and her nieces all ripped away without a goodbye. But that doesn’t matter, Ms. Jensen, what matters is private run state foster care quotas, beautiful little babies to be adopted (is it easier to steal babies of illegal immigrants?) and your record and position.

I might never see Dulce and Leslie again. You might think this is just a waist of time and money, but if one family can be saved from your self righteousness then it is all worth it.

I know this is a long shot but take a few minutes to weigh the price of your success, families torn, children lost into the system, pain and sorrow. You can change, we can all change and make amends, do the right thing. I am trying everyday to do the right thing.
